INTRODUCTION
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10; Numbers are everywhere, all around and connected to everything. How many times today have you added up, subtracted, dialled, typed, written down, heard or thought about any one of these numbers? They are always at hand, directing, guiding and recording everything we do through time and space. And yet, there is still more to these simple figures. Even though they are intangible and abstract, we know them so well, and this known yet unknown mix is an alchemy that can take us beyond what we see and perceive on the mundane level.
However we present ourselves to the outside world, our thoughts and feelings are often hidden in a totally different reality inside. So life can be very confusing and since everyone is having the same experience, it's no wonder that we crash into each other and end up feeling lost, misunderstood and hurt. Familiar, dependable, limitless and mysterious, numbers can guide you through the fog and help to make sense of it all.
How can the numbers help?
Each number has a gift to offer. Through their individual characteristics and language, they convey simple but powerful messages that can transform
your life if you are willing to hear them. Take number 2 for instance. 2 may signify the obvious, like the amount of wheels on a bicycle, but it is also a way of describing something as imperceptible as emotions. Imagine two people within a relationship. However close they may be, they will always be separate and different. Number 2 symbolizes the void between them, and the longing that flows from one side to the other. Sometimes this bond will be charged with passion; at other times, it will be sad or even destructive.
