LADDER OF AWAKENING

Unlike the mind, which draws upon knowledge as its source of reference, numbers are aligned to a natural order that flows through the universe.  Like a matrix that spans the abstract beyond the knowable, they can help to guide you through the difficult times.  For instance, you might be desperately waiting for someone to come into your life to fill a very empty gap.  But if you were to listen to the numbers, you would come to realise that your longing is an expression of number 2, which only you, yourself, can satisfy.

Your need stems from an inherent condition.  When you were born, your soul separated from the unity of the One, the one Creator from which all souls emerge.  This division meant that you came into the world with a hunger that no other mortal being could ever fill.  Only you can nourish the longing, and whether you leave well-fed or still ravenous is the whole point of life.

Equation: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10

Since life can be confusing and difficult to grasp, the equation: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10 is offered as a visual guide to help you find the way.  The idea is to link 1 and 4 together.  1 is your potential as an individual at the beginning of the journey, and 4 is the flowering of your consciousness.  2 and 3 are the numbers that stand between them, and these represent the difficulties and obstacles in your life that must be recognised and transcended before 1 and 4 can meet.  The problems and distractions of numbers 2 and 3 are not there for nothing.  They are vitally important in your development to grow and flourish.
